1. I had another issue later in my stay (I was there five days) with the key to my room.

8. I'm the manager at my place of business and when there is an upset customer or an issue that needs my attention I try to take care of them then and now and have other employees help other customers.

10. Luckily, we had enough reason to doubt (from several other issues with the front desk and room service in particular) that we set our alarm and went down to the front desk to check on the car.
