In the morning they would send someone up to verify that it was
broken
so we could be compensated.

The hotel is very nice aesthetically, but it's still lacking in the details that make a hotel great: for example, my room had very very dirty windows, the remote control was
broken
, and I had to ask them to replace a light-bulb.

My only complaint was that my glasses were
broken
mysteriously while I was out of my room during the day.

An outdated TV with the faceplate
broken
off, no claw footed tub, it was a handicapped tub and show with a fold down bench seat that I bumped into while showering.

broken
glass from a fire-escape stairway.

I complained about a pile of
broken
glass on one of the landings (tells you how often the STAFF use the stairs), and had to tell someone a second time on a different day before it was resolved.
