1. The hotel is very nice aesthetically, but it's still lacking in the details that make a hotel great: for example, my room had very very dirty windows, the remote control was broken, and I had to ask them to replace a light-bulb.

2. However, on this last trip, while the service was good and the stay decent, I have noticed that the place is looking rather tired - scuffed paint, dirty blinds, old fashioned tv, quality of breakfasts detereorating etc.
