4. Due to the fact it was pouring rain the whole time I was there made it hard to drive around as well, plus the fact that I just forked over an unexpected $60 to park my rental car.

5. jacuzzi didn't work, valet was expensive with hardly any other options for parking, requested wine glasses at the front desk on our way in, but were never sent to our room, the hallways are a little scary (maybe I've seen one too many horror movies.

6. Only a couple of small drawbacks - the cable TV in the room didn't have a lot of sports channels available, and the rain shower is very nice but hard to figure out.
