Not only was the staff UNfriendly, the concierge did not return my phone call inquiring about local restaurants, but I was ignored by the bartender, given cold coffee, and found out on the LAST day of my stay (day 3) from the BELLHOP that there was a free shuttle service I could have used for downtown transport.
