1. obviously there are cheaper options in dallas downtown but for the slight extra you seriouslly cant go wrong with this hotel, was worth paying the extra 30 or 40 bucks.

Don't worry about the previous people who seemed to have numerous complaints for one wrong or the other, we did not experience anything close to these experiences and again, I would do a little a shopping online and definitely book a Gold level floor it is well worth the extra amount you'll pay.
