5. Guy who helped us get our two small bags out of the car stood at the front desk until I could get a tip out of my purse, and then told me someone else would help us with our bags to the room (so I could tip them too) Valet is $22 per day but don't know where else you would park? They used lots of air freshener/sanitizer to make you think everything was clean, but it really was a bit worn.

8. If it`s one thing that disappoints me when staying at a hotel it`s when the hotel exterior and lobby are beautiful and you get to your room and the furniture is worn, carpet pulling up, smells stale, or just plain old and tacky looking.
