1. I asked to be moved to a room with windows that open however they do not have any that do- my colleague had a similar experience with his room and felt that the there was a mildew issue with his room as well.

2. We did have some issues with their service (they made me chase down people in the lobby and then the bar to get a corkscrew), but the manager rectified the situation upon checkout and was very professional about the issue.

3. When I let management know, they apologized by email and offered me one free future night in a suite -for the whole week of issues and having had to move three times in said week.

6. The hotel was really busy with multiple groups/events including a ton of cheerleaders - but we never had an issue with noise in our room.

7. Also don't pay them directly charge it to your room so if you do have an issue with them the hotel can address it.

8. The only issue I had was that the massage therapist named Sarah tried to cheat me on my 90 min massage but Phillip not only adjusted the different between the 60 massage I received but also took off the amount of the tip that I gave her plus more.
