1. A great Staff, obviously well trained and dedicated to service, food and service excellent, the physical property is ttired, TVs not working, noisy ventialtion and premises, very sad excersize facility.

4. My only slight let down was on my second night I thought that I would go down to the bar for a martini bet everywhere was full to bursting and very very noisy this is because the hotel has a lot of conference business, but that said i cannot reccomend this hotel more .

6. If you are planning to stay here, the North tower has construction going on, so it will be noisy also in the morning and afternoon.
