1. I never write bad review for any company or place but this is the exception due to what we paid for and the quality of hotel.

5. Across the board I have never had a bad experiance with the Fairmont group and have always had a lovely time- but this was different.

6. Ok the bad list: I was not informed when I made res that there was a gay/lesbian convention goin on at the hotel, I have nothing against that but when your having a girls weekend away its not ideal.
