1. My (insignificant) complaint was that it was very difficult to reach anyone at the front desk on the overnight shift on Saturday night.

2. The toilet seat was difficult to keep vertical, the shower didn't drain as fast as I would have liked (I think this had to do more with the unreal water flow out of the shower head), the bathroom sink's cold water handle was loose.
