9. People can smoke right outside the front doors - this results in the lobby smelling like an old cigar.

10. The room was a nice size and had a great view but things like the wallpaper peeling off, baseboards being full of dust and no fan in the bathroom causing a mold-like smell to be unleashed whenever you showered left a lot to be desired.
