6. Overall you can't go wrong with the Adolphus, it is a grand hotel in every sense of the word, The service from the Bell Captain, through the Front Desk, to the Concierge and Valets is impeccable.

7. The only negative is the location, there is nothing wrong with Downtown Dallas, it is just that after 6pm the place is a Ghost-town, there is a few places in walking distance, but the only real thing of note is the Nieman Marcus Store.

8. I could be wrong, but I didn't notice anything mentioned about not having a pool when I was making my on-line reservation.

10. We were accidentally checked into the wrong room, but the staff replaced our keys and moved us very quickly without us having to lift a finger.
