1. I realize people stay at hotels for different reasons but my main purpose is almost always business and this hotel makes it difficult.

2. I laughed when I saw the other reviews talking about towels - how difficult can it be to get enough towels to go around? Our room also had just one bath towel and one washcloth, and when I called for more towels, housekeeping asked what we had in the room, then brought precisely one more bath towel and one hand towel.

8. In addition they do charge a pretty substantial amount of money for the cost and delivery of these so I wouldn`t think it would be very difficult to accomplish that.
