1. My only complaint was that there was only one bath towel and it was a bit flimsy.

9. Only complaints were that the elevators were a bit small (or charming) and slow, and the TV system had so many options I couldn't figure out how to just watch 'regular' TV.

10. It wasn't the room she told me I was going to get which makes me wonder: if she changed my room, why couldn't she change it before and let me in it? I only stayed two nights and have no other complaints except for the front desk.
