1. unfortunately they were out of the King Executive Suite, but we were upgraded to a 2 Doubles Executive Suite on a high floor.

4. unfortunately there were some mystery stains on one of the parlor chairs, the air conditioning was not working properly, the room was not completely clean and about a third of the light bulbs were burnt out.
