1. I finally settled on 5 because I really enjoyed my stay, in spite of a number of minor issues that pointed to a lack of adequate staffing that could easily be addressed.

2. Service from the doorman through registration is awesome (they make a point of knowing your name) but maid service was lacking (I didn't get consistent refresh of washcloths, the one item I need every day).

6. At check out, I stood in line for 15-20 min (the lack of a 'queue' system had hotel patrons being serviced in no particular order), and when I finally got up to the counter, the front desk attendant said she had to leave, would be back shortly, and promptly left.

8. Why bother advertising for such a service?Whilst the staff were friendly they all seemed dumbfounded at the lack of housecleaning services.

9. Anticipating a relaxing evening with a holiday movie and a nice glass of wine or mug of coffee, we found paper coffee cups, lacking of brewing supplies, no wine glasses, no DVD player (per hotel website), and no access to movies on demand as stated.
