1. Areas for improvement: some of the meeting rooms need more natural light; the box lunches, although delicious, need a bit more creativity (don't order the egg or chicken salad as they are too runny); and parking is expensive so see if you can negotiate pricing.

4. While the hotel staff were exceptional my experiences with the accounting staff, to get a single receipt for my expense report, was frustrating and upsetting.

5. I ate breakfast in the Bistro and while the food was okay, it was very expensive and the decor again was not up to snuff or comparable to the French Room or the rest of the hotel.
