5. The 2nd floor lounge does feature a larger variety of channels, but why only there?I do realize that staying at the CCGH is not a vacation, but at least make it comfortable for those who are struggling to stay with their families and for those who have to support those who are sick.

The bedding smelled like a hot iron, the nausea from the smell was overhelming this place makes me sick, and I'll impose on my kids to make it a little better and just get the hell out of that 'guesthouse', I'd rather sit in the lobby of the Clinic and rest until I can get the strength to go somewhere else in the vicinity.

10. I vowed I would never stay at Cleveland Clinic Guest House again, Why is this employee allowed to work there in a place where families and patients are dealing with so very much?
