1. 50 miles from the Clinic so I chose to stay close to the hospital since the winter weather here can turn bad really quick.

The good:- convenient to the Cleveland Clinic- refrigerator looked cleanThe bad:- limited parking- small pillows- only 2 or 3 channels had clear reception- peeling wallpaper- pay per view and internet did not work- cafe attached to hotelThe ugly: - two sewing needles and a twisted staple on the floor- dirty stove- stove vent greasy and fuzzy- hair in the kitchen sink- bathtub floor looked dirty- soap dish was dirty- something was splattered over the alarm clock- phone was dirty receiver on phone was grey with filth (the phone was beige)- microwave was not clean inside or out- tv remote was dirtyPictures are available with this review.

5. first of all, the lobby was kinda shabby, but the room didn't look that bad (If you could get past the chipped paint on the walls).

Just a note, desk clerk we dealt with, was the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with, she has no compassion and certainly should not be in a position to deal with issues with customers in any circumstances, she is a large women, and TRIES to intimidate customers with her bad attitude and size.
