2. Most of the front desk employees are helpful but very slow and two of them are tough and hardly smile; they changed my room to a room with kitchenette after 12 days of repeated requests and when we decided to check out.

4. My only gripe would be the bed I slept in - mattresses were definitely rock hard, possibly better for older guests but my 32 year back prefers something less .

5. The housekeeping staff are very hard working, the lady who cleaned out room had told me they were waiting on fresh towels at the time she cleaned our room so we would have to wait a bit on bath towels and then returned to our room in the evening and brought them to us.
