4. I've stayed in many different rooms in the Guesthouse and I found that the rooms are invariably too loud (you can hear your neighbors), have uncomfortable beds, and have very uncomfortable temperatures.

5. The staff at the front desk were incredibly rude each time I had to deal with them, a horde of loud and obnoxious 'guests' monopolized the common areas, the ceilings were stained and the carpets smelled awful.
