4. I recently stayed at the guesthouse and i must say i have no complaints it was comfortable and convient, its not the Ritz so what does anyone expect.

6. Front desk staff was not the friendliest folks but my only real complaint is in the lack of internet connectivity (wired or wireless) in the rooms (unreliable wireless available in the lobby only).

10. First complaint was literally laughed at by front desk manager, complained again at the shift change, and that manager allowed us to check out and leave without paying for 2nd night.
