7. i sat back in the lobby to watch the interaction of the staff, and with what these patient put them through on a daily bases i think they do a damn good job, granted i see alot of patients and they have issues we dont know what those employees are goin through either Kudos to the staff.

Just a note, desk clerk we dealt with, was the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with, she has no compassion and certainly should not be in a position to deal with issues with customers in any circumstances, she is a large women, and TRIES to intimidate customers with her bad attitude and size.
