6. Housekeeping would come into room even with 'do not disturb' sign on it, elevator was broken the entire stay, air conditioner was broken, front desk was very rude, never had enough towels, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

7. When I stayed in 2006 1 of the 2 elevators was broken, and had been for weeks, they could have cared less.
