1. Any hotel has it's positives and negatives, but when you are in the middle of a family crisis such as an unexpected open heart surgery, it's good to have a place to stay that you can call home.

2. After reading tripadvisor reviews prior to my trip, I decided to go ahead and stay at the Cleveland Clinic Guesthouse, partly because someone else booked my room there and paid for it, and partly because I wanted prove the other negative reviews wrong.
