1. My Room: carpets were stained in my room, the room smelled like mold, the wallpaper and caulk in the bathroom were mildewed and peeling off, and the furniture was flimsy at best.

3. Hotel was great - could have been a little nicer in the rooms - very musty and we had stained sheets and towels - AC was very hard to use - either ice cold or muggy - paying more for the historic at this hotel - great location - lots of bars/restaurants in walking distance.
