1. unfortunately, there was no coffee maker or fridge, and the iHome didn't work when I tried plugging in my iPhone.

2. unfortunately the upgrade was not available and I was assigned to room 806, this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, smaller than the Hudson in NYC, smaller than a cruise ship cabin.

3. unfortunately, as stated, the bathroom is out of sync with regard to size with the two bedroom suite where more people will be using the bathroom than in a single hotel room.

5. decor, personal attention, unique bars/restaurants and have stayed in many, unfortunately the Copley Square Hotel has all the makings for a great hotel, but falls short in the actual delivery.
