1. While I was calling Hotwire to complain the concierge on duty at the time, Aidan, offered us a room upgrade and apologized for the inconvenience.

7. Only problem we had was a family with unruly kids that would run down corridor in diapers from one room (mom and dad) to adjacent room down hall (grandpa/grandma room) and when we called front desk to complain they promptly moved us to another room.

10. we booked 2 rooms in the hotel but when we go there they wanted to give us a camp bed , we had to complain hard about this but in the end got what we payed for a 2nd room.
