1. I encountered just one problem with this hotel, the construction in front of the hotel.

2. A little problem we had was ably dealt with by Buck, the manager on duty at the time to our satisfation without any fuss or bother.

3. The headboard of the bed was located on the wall that was also the hallway wall, so I am not sure if that was part of the problem.

4. When their were unable to fix the problem, we were treated to a continental breakfast and upgraded to a bigger room which was awesome.

9. This is one of my favourite hotels here, have never had any problems with anything and love the free glass of wine you get when you come in in the evening.
