2. Also, the gym is quite limited (4 cardio machines, some free weights up to 50 lb, one machine, and an incline bench), which is a big deal for me with longer stays, although they do offer access to a larger gym at the Prudential for $15.

3. It wasn't a big deal getting a taxi, as they are just across the street, and even if you had to cross the street, it wasn't an issue and there was minimal traffic.
