1. There is one cordless phone in the room which was broken (sounds like a life / safety issue to me) so I had to call on my personal cell phone.

3. The Copley Hotel is a wonderful place to stay and could very well have been a SOLID 5 Star stay were it not for the flat broken down pillows that provided no support for you head and neck.
