3. We expressed our disappointment at check out and was given a $50 discount which helped a little but I would seriously consider if this was the experience I wanted when I return to Boston.

6. Also, our windows were so filthy we could hardly see out them which is kind of disappointing considering we were in Boston and wanted to look out the window.

7. Second: we ordered dessert to the room on one night, and almost $40 for 2 pieces of pie and a small coffee was disappointing considering the pie was terrible and coffee below par.

9. One thing disappointed me was that I asked Expedia a room with two twin bed, but when I arrived, the receptionist at this hotel said they didn't get that information ahead and they didn't have those kind of room available at the price I paid.
