2. The service was very slow and slightly unprofessional (maybe a new guy??) and the price for what you get is on the ridiculous side of things, especially given all the great restaurants all around the hotel.

3. From cleanliness (dust build up in the bathrooms), functionality (inability to print a personal document, even after they said they could) and security (a ridiculous, but dangerous fight which broke out after their club let out in the lobby, they need some managerial assistance.
