The biggest gripe that I had was that the front desk refused to store luggage for short periods, which is

in a traveling population that has little options post 9/11.

Enjoyed our stay immensely at the Courtyard Copley the weather was
terrible
but the hotel had free hot coffee every morning and warm apple cider and cookies in the evening which the kids loved.

The room is tiny, towels like sandpaper, a cleaning solution smell through out the hotel, remote control had totally worn off numbers, the gym has no ventilation, breakfast staff rude and food

I'm guessing that the linens buyer for this establishment thinks washcloths are
terribl
y overrated, as we had to resort to using hand towels after the first morning.
