I have following complains- rooms are above two bars, which are very noisy at night- the phone in our room is not working properly- bellman, front-desk people are not helpful and not professional (my car is NOT even locked by valet parking guys)- no complimentary breakfast, which should be provided at a 3-star hotelIn summary, I will not choose to stay in the hotel in the future.

4. Where we stayed ,there was these air conditioner generator machines out the back and they were on all the time all night long, they were extremely noisy and loud and kept us awake most of the time.
