1. The closet door was barely functioning, the make-up mirror hinges were broke, the bathroom light looked like it was a replacement and they didn't fill in the holes from the original one, no bathroom exhaust fan, and the air conditioning didn't do a great job of keeping the room cool and left it feeling rather damp.
