1. Under my door the last day was a letter with an apology for possible noise issues because they were going to be upgrading the rooms.

4. I wouldn't knock myself out to stay here again, but we had plenty of room (but we did book a suite), a bathtub (I've seen complaints about a lack thereof), NO issue with noise (we were on the 12th floor, though), the room was clean and odor free, and the staff were smiling and helpful at all times (and patient with a 3 year old who wanted to 'pay' with our room key each time we went through the lobby so he could get a piece of candy).
