1. Including hair dryer and curling iron while plugged in- a safety issue in my opinion.

4. The only downside is there is NO room service--this is usually not an issue for me, as I hate to waste $$ on room svc, anyway, but the night before a race it would be nice to not have to battle crowds.

6. I wouldn't knock myself out to stay here again, but we had plenty of room (but we did book a suite), a bathtub (I've seen complaints about a lack thereof), NO issue with noise (we were on the 12th floor, though), the room was clean and odor free, and the staff were smiling and helpful at all times (and patient with a 3 year old who wanted to 'pay' with our room key each time we went through the lobby so he could get a piece of candy).

10. In addition to interior issues, we found it necessary to contact the front desk to report a drunk couple fighting in the hallway outside our door, loud banging noices coming from adjoining rooms, loud music downstairs on the street level with several Boston police responding to the complaint.
"what is happening to Marriott.... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/12/2012 Vote
