I'm not sure what was the most
horrible
aspect of my New Years Eve stay at the Marriott Tremont: the dirty tiny room, the amazing amount of noise all night from the bar/club below, or the $40 a day hotel parking fee.

Some of the drawers in the furniture don't work quite right anymore (worn out) and there are some scratches and dings on most of the other furniture - but nothing

Let me start by saying that this hotel isn't
horrible
; it's just several notches below what I've come to expect from a Courtyard.
"Loved the vintage lobby; too bad we couldn't STAY in the vintage lobby. "

), no place to put anything down, the outside noise was so bad we had to sleep with tissue ear plugs, and the A/C air poured down on us all night long so we woke up from our
horrible
sleep with sore throats.

The location is
horrible
unless you are going to the theaters - in an up-and-coming area that isn`t quite there yet, with hit-and-miss blocks (some feeling rather deserted and sketchy).
