1. I was on the 8th floor, and didn't hear anything, but I read other people complain - so watch this if you are booking on a Saturday night.

3. I have following complains- rooms are above two bars, which are very noisy at night- the phone in our room is not working properly- bellman, front-desk people are not helpful and not professional (my car is NOT even locked by valet parking guys)- no complimentary breakfast, which should be provided at a 3-star hotelIn summary, I will not choose to stay in the hotel in the future.

5. After waiting more than an hour for the 'accessible' room, we were shown to a tiny room--not 'accessible'--there were no characteristic grab bars, and the bathroom door was too narrow for a wheelchair, so I suspect the front desk made up the 'accessible' story to keep us from complaining.

6. Our room was on the backside of the hotel, so we didn't get any of the street noise and nightclub noise that others have complained about, but the walls are extremely thin.
