1. The room was quiet, and very 'swanky' but one of the two queen beds was very well worn; the mattress was quite indented.

6. We drove through a blinding snowstorm New Years Day for 4 and 1/2 hours and arrived as you can imagine pretty worn out.

7. Unfortunately the rooms and common areas were a bit worn looking, unlike the Monaco in Chicago and Solomar in San Diego (both of which I recommend).

The walls were dirty, the sink and floor in the bathroom had splotches and sticky patches, the drinking glasses were dirty, the upholstery and carpet had spots and stains, and the bathrobes were frayed and worn; (2) On the second morning, I ordered a french omelette off their room service menu, as I had done the day before.
