ed to management, which replied that the policy was to prevent credit card fraud, but they completely ignored the fact that they were violating the terms under which they are allowed to use credit cards.

Who can

about a wine tasting in the lobby at 5:00? Or the free wireless (for Kimpton InTouch members)? For me, hotels that charge for wireless are high on my list of places to avoid.
