1. We had a few issues - dirty (stained) sheets, no newspaper, ridiculous billing error, and alarm in the middle of the night.

3. The bath room was not clean (especially the bath - which I had to clean before using it) the windows were filthy - so dirty you couldnt see out properly.

5. We were pleased with the check-in experience and valet parking, but when we first entered our room the first thing I noticed was how dirty the walls were.

My only complaints had to do with housekeeping - some dust issues, dirty grout in areas of the shower, metal tissue box holder not cleaned, ironing board left out at turn-down service, no cups in the bathroom for use, no shower cap, I feel the standards for housekeeping should be higher at such a beautiful property.
