1. The only real drawbacks were some problems with the shower and the room was not exactly impeccable when I arrived (stuff that had obviously been missed by the vacuum cleaner, or even larger objects that couldn't be picked up by the vacuum cleaner).

2. I've never had a problem with this before, but this time there were a few dogs on my floor and was able to hear them barking.

3. There were some minor problems with the TV and the hot water but the staff were very pleasant and helped us resolve the situation without much inconvenience to us.

7. No tea/coffee making facilities but for us early risers not a problem getting a decent hot cup of tea in the restaurant in the morning.

8. The room was sizeable with an incredibly comfortable bed and usual funky bathrobes, good bathroom and shower and decent TV which was housed in a built in unit so not a problem it not being a flatscreen.
