Pros: stay for location, easy walking to most sights, great beds, modern decorCons: Parking is

and costly, check bill for extra mini bar charges.

I would instead try XV Beacon just a block over on Beacon Street - pricier, more
difficult
to get a reduced rate - but worth the money.
