1. I did not give them a perfect score due to the lack of soundproofing, which even without the loud guest seemed to be a slight issue.

3. The only minor negative things are the lack of a coffee pot in the room, and you had to pay in excess of $10.

4. ) We did experience a few disappointments with housekeeping and room ammenities/condition - Very compact room with no drawer space other than the nightstand; Poor lighting over the bed ( we had a two-queen room with one lamp is in-between the two beds); Aging but functional desk and Sony Trinitron TV (not the modern flat-screen listed on the hotel's web page); Rust stains running down the wall edge in the bath next to the tub and a lack of hooks or bars to hang towels to dry -wish there was even just one hook on the back of the door.

5. However, my room was small and storage space was lacking; the hotel restaurant is closed for dinner 2 nights/week (Sunday, Monday), and the shower would be absolutely impossible for a large person to utilize.

9. We consider this to be a very serious lack in their security system, and felt very unsafe for the rest of our stay, but we were busy and didn't want to spend any time dealing with the hotel, but we did expect a more formal apology.
