1. The key cards sometimes didn't work so that was a bit inconvenient, but they had fresh water with fruit slices in the lobby.

4. If the bookstore down the street can offer free Wifi why can't Kimpton? These are small things which would be standard in any good UK hotel, not expensive to provide but a real inconvenience for guests when they're not readily available.

7. My only inconvenience was there was only set of outlets in the room at the desk, nothing near the bed for my cell phone to be close by, but the alarm clock is iPod dock able, not iTouch/iPhone compatable though.

8. Only slightly inconvenient thing was the tiny size of the closet, and the fact that much of that was taken up by an ironing board that did not fit on the hooks intended for it in the closet, as well as animal print lingerie 'for sale' that was hanging in there.
