4. Everything was fine except the mattresses,they were too old and really worn and the shower/tub was small and outdated but overall nice and big rooms and the buffet was really good and fresh plus good customer services.

6. Elevator call buttons missing, worn and dirty carpeting (I counted 14 pieces of dirty, flattened chewing gum on the carpet just between our room and the ice maker), rusted metal on the tub, leaking faucets in the lavatory and tub, dirty windows.

7. Our room (1911) itself was tired - dirty, spotted, frayed carpet; bed linen is worn (but clean) and the furniture is chipped and dated.
