1. Even if I won a free stay, I would rather go somewhere else, where I could actually sleep, and not hear the pipes making annoying noises throughout my stay.

3. Not a problem at mid-day, but when you get in around midnight and want to go to sleep to be ready for a 7am meeting, it's kind of annoying.

4. Oh, that and my players card did not work in the machines - I gambled a bit and I was too lazy to go get another card, so shame on me, but it was annoying that I have to get a new card every time I stay at their hotel.
